Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Shahi DryfruitsTM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation & Refund
Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for all orders
placed on our website.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- The order can be cancelled **before it is shipped**.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately through phone or email.
In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be processed as per our refund schedule.
3. Refund Policy (2–3 Working Days)
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
- Wrong product delivered (verified by our team).
- Damaged or spoiled product (with proof within 24 hours of delivery).
Once approved, refunds are processed within
2–3 working days back to the original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Wallet / Card).
4. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Product delivered is damaged, leaked, or tampered.
- Wrong product or quantity sent.
- Quality issues valid within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement will be issued after verification by our team via photos or videos shared by the customer.
5. Delivery Schedule (3–7 Working Days)
We strive to deliver every order quickly and efficiently.
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders may take longer in remote locations.
- Customers will receive SMS/Email updates regarding shipping & tracking.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds cannot be issued under these circumstances:
- Opened or partially used dry fruits.
- Incorrect storage by customer (heat, moisture, etc.).
- Product disliked but correct as per order.
- Refund requested after 24 hours of delivery for perishable products.
7. Payment Gateway Information
All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card
details, CVV, or sensitive payment information.
